Jane Butterworth

Jane works mainly in the south of England and is based near the beautiful Saxon, Medieval and Georgian town of Sherborne on the Dorset/Somerset border on the A30. She has built up a strong reputation for her professional approach to spiritual and psychic work.

 

Originally she trained as an SRN at University College Hospital, London and for several years specialised in Intensive Care and Acute Medical nursing. This background not only supports and enhances her understanding of the holistic model of medicine, but also attracted the role of teaching Anatomy & Physiology to Crystal Healing students. Jane is now working professionally to modernise the image of all forms of spiritual and energy healing in the UK, including her involvement with the CHO presenting talks and healing, and with other exhibitors at the Mind Body Spirit Festivals (NEC Birmingham and London), over the past 25 years. Ex-Chair and Trustee of the Confederation of Healing Organisations, this national organisation promotes membership, education, research and information on Healing practice. The CHO also runs the national, professional UK Register, the BRCP, for all forms of complementary and energy therapies and training colleges (see Links tab for further information).

She has written for numerous "new age" magazines covering the large range of topics and teachings she has either channelled or believes to be helpful to learn about and has often been invited to give talks by independent groups and healing organisations.

For decades she ran The Pendragon Store selling top quality crystals, jewellery, music, books, essences and incense, finally retiring from retailing when moving back to the West Country.

Personal interests include local history, landscape and architectural archaeology, ancient mythology, gardening, music, Mah Jong, sustainable living and food production and...baking (!).

Training: Jane is fully trained and insured to practise, with over 35 years of formal experience. All Healing therapies listed, initially, took 2 years to complete their training courses, with the exception of Soul Rescue which takes a minimum of 3 years and is part of a continuous training program - Jane now holds the Advanced Level Certificate and was made Secretary of the Soul Rescue Society, when it was being developed to promote the professional image of the healing of people, homes and the land, through deep healing practice and paranormal investigation. Various training courses have been undertaken over the years to further experience and understanding.
